They are healthy because they help you get to know each other better and prepare in advance for issues you will face in marriage so you can face them with confidence and security and skill.

Some people feel insecure and worry that premarital questions and counseling is there to weed out bad marriages before they happen, so they prefer to rush into marriage quickly before their loved one has a chance to change his or her mind.
